The course will look to teach you how to perform a basic bike fit to help your clients with either pain or performance issues.
The Morning will be spent teaching the basics behind a bike fit and then hands on practice looking at body angles and how to adjust the bike accordingly to optimise position and comfort. He will also teach what compromises to make and where.
The afternoon will continue with practical bike fitting and looking at common issues and what problems to look out for.
Andy will provide a reference list and focus on some of the science and research behind the assessment and bike fit process. This course however is intended to be highly practical and will be geared to this focus.
