What if I need to cancel?
From time time to time people will need to cancel. At South West Physio, we understand this, and if cancellation is made within two weeks of the course, we will refund you in full. If cancellation is made between two weeks and one week of the course you will receive a refund of 50% of your fees. Cancellations within one week of the course will not be refunded. Term's and conditions are listed below if you need more information.
Where can I park?
Parking is free in the surrounding residential streets of the hospital or chargable on site.
Is food available at the classes?
Tea, coffee, juice and biscuits will be provided for breaks. Lunch is not provided but there is usually a a place to buy a lunch within walking distance and if the course is in a hospital they usually have a cafeteria on site. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch with you.
Might my course be cancelled?
We expect everything to run as planned but if for any reason we have to cancel the course we will refund your payments in full and notify you prior to the course when possible. Please see the terms & Conditions for more information.

Terms and Conditions
The purchase of any course is a business to business. The following terms and conditions apply and the purchase of products is bound by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Your responsibilities -
Our courses will all have a practical component to them. You will therefore be practicing with other students.
Therapeutic techniques require touch and contact. If applied inappropriately may involve elements of risk or discomfort. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you take personal responsibility for your own actions. Southwestphysio and their course tutors take no responsibility for damage, death or injury caused to you or by you as a result of participation. You must at all times work within your own ability and scope of practice.
We reserve the right to remove any person from a course if you are deemed by the tutor to be behaving in an inappropriate manor. This is especially so if the tutor believes your individual actions are detrimental to the group, unsafe or adversely affecting the groups' enjoyment. If at the time of the course you are deemed (by the course tutor) as not in a suitable condition to attend or complete a course or are under the influence of drink or drugs the tutor may ask you to leave the course. We will not be liable for any extra expense incurred by this and you will not be able to claim a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse your acceptance on a course if we feel it is outside your scope of practice and may put other participants at risk or injury or discomfort. It is your responsibility to ensure you have professional liability insurance to cover you for your attendance at the course and the course content. We reserve the right to refuse entry to a course if you cannot demonstrate you have appropriate liability insurance. You must be physically able to partake in the course and if you do have any injuries, discomfort or prior knowledge that is relevant to any activities being performed it is your responsibility to make those known.
Recording: Audio and video recording of events is not permitted without the written permission of SouthWestPhysio and the individual course tutor.
Medical - It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sufficiently fit and able to partake on your course. You must tell us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will check this with the Tutor to ensure they are happy with this .
Complaints - Should you have a problem or complaint on your course you must bring it to our attention as soon as possible. Ideally to the course tutor at the time as they may be able to rectify this at the time. If this is not possible I would expect you to contact the office via email within a reasonable time ie 48 hours. If you feel that the problem was not resolved and resulted in a much reduced enjoyment of the course you must inform us in writing within 28 days and we will respond within 28 days and aim to resolve the matter between both parties.

(9am-5pm Mon-Fri office hours apply).
Might my course be cancelled?
Under exceptional circumstances, a course may need to be cancelled or postponed by us. (1 course postponed in 4 years and 1 course cancelled due to the Tutor having an accident in 6 years of trading) We expect everything to run as planned but if for any reason we have to cancel the course we will refund your payments in full if you require or re-book your place on a different date or course (of equal cost). We will always endeavor to email you 2-3 weeks prior to any postponement or cancellation but last minute emergencies cannot be planned for.
Card fee's paid will not be refunded, If you have paid by paypal within 60 days of payment we will repay by this method. after this date we will pay via bank transfer.
Limit of liability:
Southwestphysio will not accept liability for any additional expenses you incur through cancelling the event e.g. travel expenses and accommodation. If there are circumstances beyond our control which cause us to cancel or change your trip such as war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, accident etc we will not refund or pay you any compensation or be liable for any other expenses to you. You are welcome to purchase your own insurance to cover any such eventuality to cover any out of pocket expenses but is at your own discretion and not part of your contract with our company.
Southwestphysio have a duty of care to its customers and staff but are only liable up to the cost of your course. We cannot be held responsible for damage and/or loss to your personal possessions. We are also not liable for failure in carrying out the contract if the failure is due to the action of the participant or the action of a third party.
